  • Managed global commercial and JV partnerships across 24 countries, overseeing Sales, MVNO, Compliance, Roaming, VAS, Operations, and Finance.
  • Re-negotiated contracts worth over £1BN, saving £621m since 2012. – Led Lycamobile Espana sale to Masmovil Group for €372m, securing 246.6% above market value per subscriber.
  • Launched Lycamoney (pre-paid MasterCard) in 2014 and Lycaremit (money transfer) in 2016, boosting customer retention.
